A 10,000 square foot section of a North Tulsa riding arena collapsed under the weight of the snow and ice. The barn has horse stalls lining the walls, several horses were trapped when the roof collapsed, but only one was injured.
"It was really terrifying when I walked in and saw my horses in the stalls, all collapsed, and we were so fortunate we just had the one horse that was hurt," said owner Shirley McGuire said.
That horse needed stitches, but it should be alright.
