UNDATED (AP) The alarm clock will sound early Sunday morning for some Huskers and Sooners fans stationed in Iraq.

Sgt. 1st Class Joel Bean says football fans in his unit are eagerly anticipating the championship game between Nebraska and Oklahoma. He's stationed with the 734th Transportation Battalion from Kearney at Camp Anaconda in Iraq.

When the game kicks off at 7 p.m. Saturday, it will be 4 a.m. in Iraq. But that won't stop Bean and his comrades from watching.

The 40-year-old says there's not much trash talk between Huskers and Sooners fans there, but that could change after the game. He's predicting a Huskers victory.
