OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- A winter storm dumping snow and ice on Oklahoma is now blamed for the death of a man killed in a one-car crash Thursday morning.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the man's car skidded out of control and was hit by a tractor-trailer rig after hitting a patch of ice on a Harper County road.

The man's name wasn't immediately released.
