NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ Oklahoma will be the home team when the Sooners take on Nebraska Saturday in the Big 12 championship game in Kansas City.
Meanwhile OU fans are having difficulty finding tickets to the game.
Each school gets 8,700 tickets and several thousand go to corporate sponsors and others while those remaining are sold to the public starting in July.
The Big 12 doesn't keep track of who buys those tickets but assistant commissioner Bob Burda says there was a significant increase in purchases as Nebraska got closer to clinching the North Division title.
Burda says the best chance for OU fans may be contacting Texas fans who bought tickets and now may be willing to sell.
