New developments in the investigation of a suspected Tulsa child pornographer. David Abston faces federal charges of distributing child pornography.

Tulsa Police detectives recently served a search warrant and the News on 6 now knows what they found in David Abston's home.

When David Abston didn't show up for his federal court date earlier this month, authorities tracked him down to a Bixby movie theatre.

Abston now faces a federal charge of possession of lewd images of children. He say's he's not guilty.

While Abston sits in the Tulsa County jail, Tulsa detectives have been piecing together their case against him.

The News on 6 obtained a copy of the Tulsa Police's search warrant on Abston's home. Inside, detectives took more than a dozen "carpet samples" in for testing. The samples came from the bathroom closet and the master bedroom. They also described finding multiple "photos of three boys", along with strips of "photographic negatives" of three to four photos. The affidavit also says detectives found several "adult DVDs".

The News on 6 did speak with Tulsa Police Sgt. Whitney Allen. She couldn't comment on the case because it's an on-going investigation.
