NORMAN, Okla. (AP) Oklahoma running backs coach Cale Gundy says tailback Allen Patrick went through all of Monday’s practice and that he hopes the junior will be ready to play on Saturday against Oklahoma State.
Patrick replaced injured tailback Adrian Peterson but has been hobbled himself with an ankle injury.
Meanwhile, co-offensive coordinator Kevin Sumlin says receiver Manuel Johnson is expected to play this weekend. Johnson returned to practice yesterday after sustaining a head injury against Texas Tech on November 11th.
