A Rogers County judge has denied a petition in a recent election.

Democrat incumbent Randy Baldridge lost to challenger Kirt Thacker by seven votes in a County Commissioner race.

Baldridge claimed several illegal votes were cast. The judge ruled there was no need for a new election.
