Oklahoma State's women's basketball team (2-0) will play Southern University (0-2).

The Jaguars are looking to break a two game losing streak.

The Cowgirls have started their season with two wins, a 79-43 victory over Northwestern State, and a 77-47 win over UC Riverside. A win Tuesday will give the Cowgirls their first 3-0 start since the 2000-01 season.

OSU and Southern have met only once before, and it was before any of the Cowgirls or Jaguars were even born. Southern faced OSU in 1976 at the AIAW Regional Tournament in Baton Rouge, The Jags won 85-60.

Tip off in Stillwater is at 6 o'clock Tuesday evening. The game is part of a double-header with the Cowboys basketball squad. They'll play Southern after the Cowgirl's game.
