WACO, Texas (AP) _ Texas A&M's fan base expands north across the Red River this week.
There will be plenty of interested parties watching in Oklahoma -- and pulling for the Aggies -- when Texas A&M plays at archrival Texas the day after Thanksgiving,
The 13th-ranked Sooners are still in contention in the Big 12 Conference South because they've won six straight football games since losing to Texas.
But OU still needs some help to win its fourth Big 12 South title in five years. The Sooners will know before playing Oklahoma State on Saturday if that is still a possibility.
Texas A&M has to beat 11th-ranked Texas for the Sooners to be playing for more than state bragging rights and a 10-win regular season.
Oklahoma defensive end Alonzo Dotson says a lot of Sooners will be cheering for Texas A&M.
Texas A&M is 8-and-3 but is coming off consecutive one-point home losses to OU and Nebraska.
