OWINGS MILLS, Md. (AP) Former Oklahoma receiver Mark Clayton is leading the Baltimore Ravens in catches and yards receiving, passing up former Pro Bowlers Derrick Mason and Todd Heap.

Mason says Clayton has matured since being drafted in the first round of the 2005 draft after setting career records at Oklahoma.

Clayton set records for receptions, yards receiving, touchdown catches and 100-yard receiving games.

Even though he battled hamstring and ankle injuries last season he still set a Ravens rookie record with 44 catches for 471 yards.

This year Clayton already has 41 receptions for 502 yards and three touchdowns.
