STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) Oklahoma State added a third player to its recruiting class Sunday when a forward from Georgia, Martavius Adams, signed a letter of intent to play for the Cowboys.

Adams, who is 6’9” and 235 pounds, joins guards James Anderson and Nick Sidorakis as part of the Cowboys' 2007-08 freshman class.

``He's got the ability to make plays,'' Oklahoma State assistant coach Jimmy Williams said. ``He's a good shooter. I expect him to be an outstanding player at both the forward and center positions. He's got outstanding strength, and he's only going to get stronger and better.''

Adams averaged 22 points and 14 points as a junior last season at Baldwin County High School in Georgia. He is playing his senior season at Wilkinson County High School.

Adams initially committed to Georgia.
