A man convicted of killing four fast food restaurant employees in Tulsa more than 14 years ago may be a step closer to execution.

The bodies of the victims were found inside a Tulsa fast food restaurant in 1992. They were all killed during a robbery. 37-year-old Corey Hamilton was convicted of the 1992 murders.

Now the US Supreme Court has rejected Hamilton's final appeal.

Oklahoma Attorney General Drew Edmondson has asked for an execution date for Hamilton to be set.
