An investigation is underway into a child abuse case in Rogers County. It's a story out of Inola. <br/><br/>Police say they have arrested two men. They are 21-year-old Anthony Duncan [top picture].

An investigation is underway into a child abuse case in Rogers County. It's a story out of Inola.

Police say they have arrested two men. They are 21-year-old Anthony Duncan [top picture]. He is jailed on a complaint of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl.

Officers also arrested 38-year-old Curtis Colvin [bottom picture] for not reporting the abuse.

Both men are being held in the Rogers County jail.
