Good Samaritans pulled a 28 year old Tahlequah man from his burning home Tuesday night, but they were unable to revive him.

Tahlequah Fire investigators say Marcus Garner was home alone at the time of the fire. Garner's children and girlfriend were trick or treating when the fire stated.

Investigators believe it was accidental and started in the bedroom.
