From Little Red Riding Hood and the Three Little Pigs, it wasn't just Tulsa kids having fun on Halloween. Teachers at Jarman Elementary School in Tulsa got into the spirit Tuesday.

The faculty paraded down the halls dressed as their favorite story book character. While this was fun for both students and faculty, it was also for a good cause, promoting reading.

Principal Patti Pitcock: "we were to dress up as a character from a particular book. Then the book we select we are each going to three classes and sharing our book with the students.”

This is the first year Jarman Elementary had their teachers dress up and Pitcock says it was a success.
