OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Oklahoma City police are investigating an apparent murder-suicide at a northwest Oklahoma City home.

Captain Jeff Becker says police were called to a home after a family member reported finding a man laying on a bedroom floor of the home. When officers arrived, they found a man and woman shot to death.

Police identified the woman as 40-year-old Felisa Bower. The man's name wasn't released pending notification of relatives. Police say they believe the man shot Bower and then turned the gun on himself.

The killing is Oklahoma City's 46th homicide of the year.
