HUGO, Okla. (AP) -- The skies over Hugo will be colorful this weekend as the city prepares for its Balloons Over Hugo festival.

More than 20 hot air balloons are expected to participate in the event.

The festival starts Friday with a host of activities and continues at 7 AM Saturday and Sunday. Among the planned activities are children's games and rides, food vendors, arts and crafts, a lawn mower race, local talent exhibitions and balloon rides.
