We will soon know if charges will be filed in a boating accident that killed a Georgia man this summer on Grand Lake.

The Delaware County District Attorney's office says it's received important information from the engineering firm it hired to reconstruct the accident.

A decision could be made as early as next week. Murray McGarvey was killed in the accident.

Investigators say it was a hit and run accident.
