Executive suites at Tulsa's new downtown arena are selling fast.

The suites in the new BOK Center have only been on sale for a month. There are only four left. 18 have already been sold at costs ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 per year depending on the location.

Four additional suites will be available for lease for individual events.
