A Tahlequah mother was arrested for driving drunk with her 3-year-old daughter not buckled up in the backseat.

Tahlequah Police say 24-year-old Crystal Brown hit an electric pole and a parked car, before she drove into a ditch.

Neither Brown nor her daughter was hurt.

Besides DUI charges, Brown is accused of resisting arrest and assault and battery on a police officer.
