Tulsa County prosecutors have charged another person in the accident that killed an 11-year-old Tulsa boy.

Rebecca Warren faces two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Tulsa Police reports say Warren gave her 14-year-old nephew permission to drive the car involved in the fatal traffic accident.

Investigators say the 14-year-old then let his 15-year-old sister, Melissa Warren, drive. Tulsa Police say she was behind the wheel when the car spun out of control, hitting and killing Fabian Saenz.

Reports show Rebecca Warren's 6-year-old child was also in the car.

15-year-old Melissa Warren is charged as a youthful offender with second-degree murder.
