BARTLESVILLE, Okla. (AP) -- University of Oklahoma President David Boren says no changes are planned in the short term for property near the campus that regents have agreed to buy.
The regents voted to pay $4.5-million for just over two acres that include several businesses -- including the popular O'Connell's Irish Pub and Grill.
Boren says OU will honor existing leases while the ultimate use of the land hasn't been decided. He says possibilities include an academic building, faculty offices or a parking lot.
