The Blue Star Mothers are asking all Oklahomans to help honor a fallen Tulsa Marine.

US Marine Corporal Jared Shoemaker was killed by a roadside bomb in Iraq last week. Shoemaker was also a member of the Tulsa Police Department, so a motorcade of officers escorted his body to Floral Haven Funeral Home Tuesday night.

Shoemaker's funeral is Friday, so the Blue Star Moms want everyone to drive with their headlights on that day to show support for Shoemaker's family.
