BROKEN ARROW, Okla. (AP) The LPGA plans to move its annual event in suburban Tulsa from the fall to the spring next year.

The SemGroup Championship presented by John Q. Hammons will be held May 4-6, 2007, at Cedar Ridge Country Club in Broken Arrow. It's been held in September the past five years.

The move will place the tournament between the LPGA's first two majors, the Kraft Nabisco Championship and the McDonald's LPGA Championship, and create a bigger separation between the event and the PGA Championship that will be played next year at Southern Hills Country Club in Tulsa August 9-12, 2007.

Cristie Kerr won this year's tournament on Sunday with a 14 under par 199, the lowest score since the tournament moved to Cedar Ridge in 2004.
