Eddie Sutton Gives Anti-Alcohol Speech To OSU Students

The last time we heard him speak, Eddie Sutton resigned as Oklahoma State Universityâ€™s head basketball coach. Now, instead of pumping up the student body at OSU, he's talking to them about the dangers of alcohol.

Eddie Sutton held nothing back, Tuesday night. Speaking to nearly 2,000 people, he told the dark side of his battle with the bottle.

It was his first public speaking appearance since his February drunk driving accident. Sutton says this isn't the last time he'll speak about alcohol. He's raising money for an addiction center at the school to help students. â€œI won a lot of games, in this business I can save some lives and that's a lot bigger. â€œ

Eddie Sutton pleaded no contest in May to aggravated drunk driving. He was given a year's probation.
