TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- A car veered out of control and flipped over in Tulsa County Tuesday, killing the vehicle's driver.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 44-year-old Mark Stevens Bussell of Tulsa was killed in the one-vehicle crash.
Troopers say the crash occurred about 9 AM along the Creek Turnpike. Bussell's car was traveling eastbound on the turnpike when it ran off the roadway, overturned and came to rest on its top.
The patrol says Bussell was in critical condition when he was transported to a Tulsa-area hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Troopers sayd the victim wasn't wearing a seat belt.
