STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) _ New players for Oklahoma State stayed busy making plays in the Cowboys' season opener.
Freshman Perrish Cox returned the opening kickoff 96 yards for a touchdown Saturday. Another, linebacker Chris Collins, blocked a punt to set up another touchdown. Yet another, tailback Keith Toston, scored twice. Transfer receiver Adarius Bowman had his first touchdown catch with the Cowboys.
Perhaps all those new faces are a reason the Cowboys looked light years better in Saturday's 52-to-10 rout of NCAA Division One, Double A Missouri State.
