A man riding a motorcycle was killed when he lost control and crashed on the Creek Turnpike Friday morning.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the rider was driving more than 120 miles per hour, weaving in and out of traffic, when he lost control and ran into a wall near Garnett. Troopers say the bike burst into flames.

The man's name has not been released.

The accident backed up traffic for over an hour on the Creek Turnpike afternoon.
