An early Monday morning traffic accident sends two people to the hospital.

Authorities say a van and car collided about 6 AM Monday southbound on US Highway 169 between Admiral and 11th Street.

Officials say apparently the van drifted lanes and was then hit by the car.

A man and a woman in the van were taken to a Tulsa hospital. No word on their conditions.

Clean up of the accident scene slowed traffic for about half an hour.
