OKMULGEE, Okla. (AP) -- Okmulgee police are trying to locate an Alzheimer's patient who has been reported missing from his home.
Police say 65-year-old John Floyd Daniel was reported missing Monday, shortly after a neighbor saw the man at his home.
Tuesday morning, police believe Daniel was spotted at a convenience store in Van Buren, Arkansas, where he asked one of the clerks for directions back to Okmulgee.
Family members say Daniel is on medication for Alzheimer's Disease, but does not have it with him. He should be driving a red 1999 Ford Ranger pickup truck with license plate OPM-395.
