Merle Haggard may not really be an "Okie from Muskogee," but he's putting the city on the map once again. Country Music Television has picked "Okie from Muskogee," as the top country song about a city.

Also among the "20 Greatest City Songs," are "El Paso" by Marty Robbins, "Galveston" by Glen Campbell and George Strait's "Amarillo by Morningâ€. Rounding out the top five is "Luckenbach Texas" by Waylon Jennings, but the real title is â€œBasics of Love.â€
