A Tulsa man is facing several charges after a Thursday morning drug raid on his property. Tulsa Police and SWAT members arrested Darrell Williams outside his home at 30th Street North and Pittsburg.

Officers got a tip that Williams may have been selling drugs out of his home and not just that, he also had reportedly bragged about "police-proofing" his property.

Tulsa Police Sgt. Sam McCullough: “If you look at the house, you notice doors are barred, he has a large fence, and about six or seven dogs running lose in the yard. Animal control had to get dogs under control before we could even began searching."

Animal control officers ended up gathering at least 18 dogs.

Officers say the arrest went smoothly. They say they found crack cocaine, numerous scales and numerous bags of marijuana bagged for sales.

The district attorney will decide what charges to file.
