OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- A former manager at a Stillwater auto dealership who pleaded guilty to fraud has been sentenced to 27 months in a federal prison and ordered to pay more than $219,000 in restitution.

Steven Randall Hill pleaded guilty in March to fraud through the use of a commercial interstate carrier.

US Attorney Robert McCampbell says Hill was accused of using a dealership extended-warranty program to obtain money without authorization from Stillwater Nissan.

The prosecutor says Hill allegedly diverted funds that were supposed to cover dealership expenses for power train warranties sold on used cars at Stillwater Nissan to his personal bank account.

In addition to the prison sentence and restitution, Hill must perform 160 hours of community service following his release and complete two years of supervised probation.
