A Muskogee woman was arrested after leaving her 23 month old grandaughter in the car while she played slot machines at the Creek Nation Travel Plaza.

Muskogee Police say 43 year old Loretta Webb is charged with child neglect. The child was in the car for about 45 minutes before police finally broke out a window.

The girl was red and sweaty but okay.
