OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ A Wellston woman is accused of embezzling more than 800-thousand dollars from an elderly, blind businessman.

A federal grand jury in Oklahoma City indicted Pamela Lynn Trout on 19 counts of mail and wire fraud.

Prosecutors say Trout was office manager, general manager and a personal assistant for the businessman at Petroleum Property Management. The man's name wasn't revealed.

She's accused of diverting money to pay personal expenses including jewelry, dental work, a life insurance policy on her husband, tickets to the 2003 Sugar Bowl and a $15,000 charter flight.

She faces up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine on each count.
