New developments in the death of an 8-week old baby girl left in a hot car.

The Tulsa County DA charged James and Melissa Ross with second degree manslaughter in the death their daughter, Noelle. She was in the car in her parentâ€™s driveway near 81st and Garnett for about 2 hours last month. Both parents thought the other had taken her inside.

The DA says that negligence is what led to the charges. He did not find any malicious or criminal intent.
