A suspect in a weekend standoff in Tulsa is hospitalized. Officers say they were forced to shoot 25-year-old Eric Davis when he pointed his gun at them.

Tulsa Police say the standoff started with Davis went to a house in the 1000 block of North Irvington was visiting friends. The people inside wouldn't let him in, and called police. Officers say Davis fired several shots into the air before they arrived.

The standoff lasted about four hours. Davis is said to be in fair condition.
