Tulsa woman assaulted by a naked man in her apartment

A Tulsa woman who woke up inside her apartment last week, shocked to see a naked man next to her bed, has now helped Tulsa Police catch the suspect. She saw the same man in her complex Thursday and called police.

They arrested 22 year old Terry Kelley, from Bartlesville on a complaint of first degree burglary and first degree rape. Tulsa Police say the victim's boyfriend accidentally left the front door unlocked when he left around 4 AM. They say Kelley snuck inside, took off his clothes and tried to assault the woman, but she fought back so he grabbed his clothes and left.

He told her he was the wrong apartment, but Tulsa Police say this wasn't a simple case of mistaken identity.
