An argument over a van lands a Rogers County man behind bars. Shortly after 9 AM Friday, an acquaintance tried to take a van from a man's property.

The van was damaged in the process and left in the center median of nearby US Highway 169. Rogers County Sheriff’s deputies say that's when 30-year old Shawn Keim arrived and fired off more than 20 rounds from a shotgun.

Rogers County Undersheriff Barry Lamb: "It appears the gentlemen was shooting at targets he had set up in his yard and in the air to make noise and let the other party know that they weren't welcome. "

Keim is in the Rogers County jail, facing several charges, including reckless discharge of a firearm. No one was hurt in the incident.
