A Muskogee taxi cab driver that was shot on the job has died. 38-year-old Rob Lawson[pictured left] picked up a man in Muskogee Sunday night and drove him across town.

Muskogee Police say the man then robbed and shot Lawson in the head. Police say the suspect, 19-year-old Jason Jackson[pictured right], then called another cab company and asked for a ride out of the area. That company called police and they arrested Jackson.

Muskogee Police say he still had the bloody pistol and money on him, as well as Lawson's logbook.
