ADA, Okla. (AP) A prosecutor questioned a murder suspect's wife why she didn't tell investigators she helped hide the pickup used in the hit-and-run crash that killed an East Central University football player.
Shelly Reich was questioned for more than two hours Thursday in the trial of her husband, Ammon Reich. He's charged with first-degree murder and multiple counts of assault and battery in the collision that injured a group of students and killed Joseph Tusan on September 19th.
During an interview with an Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation agent, Shelly Reich didn't mention that she and her husband hid his pickup. Shelly Reich said she was stressed and couldn't remember every detail.
More than 20 people have testified in the trial. Closing arguments are scheduled Friday.
