A Tulsa family got a rude awakening when a car crashes into their house early Monday morning.

Investigators say it happened around 1:30 AM near 27th and 101st East Avenue.

Police say the car was traveling south on 101st East Avenue when it ran off the roadway, through a fence, across a yard and smashed into the kitchen of the house.

Everyone in the house was upstairs at the time. There is no word on whether or not charges have been filed.
