A Tulsa Police officer is involved in a traffic accident and it has sent one person to jail.

It happened late Sunday night, when the officer responding to a call was driving on Admiral Place, with his lights on and sirens blaring. He slowed down for a stop light at Admiral and Lewis. The driver of a red pick-up slowed down, then suddenly sped up, clipping the officer's car.

No one was hurt, but the driver of the pick-up was arrested on a DUI complaint.
