Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation officials say a body found in a wooded area in Red Bird, Oklahoma is that of 25-year-old Blaine Williams.

The decomposed body was found near the "New Beginnings Residential Care Home" in Wagoner County. Williams was a patient at the mental services home. She had been missing since May.

Her death is still under investigation.
