The 2005 Tulsa State Fair poster was officially released Tuesday. Fair officials say the poster is bright and vibrant and represents all aspects of the fair.

The artist, Phil Cooper, is a Tulsa native. The Tulsa State Fair runs September 29th through October 9th.
