The case against two former bouncers charged with killing a man in a downtown Tulsa parking garage is moving forward.

A Tulsa County Court judge decided Tuesday afternoon there is enough evidence to make Jason Nicholson and Charles Spicer[pictured] stand trial for the death of Scott Bolton. Both men are charged with first degree manslaughter in Bolton's death. He died last year after someone punched him and he hit his head on the pavement.

Nicholson and Spicer will be back in court next Monday.
