BETHANY, Okla. (AP) _ Police say four people -- including three children -- were injured when a pickup crashed into a snow cone stand in Bethany.

The accident happened Saturday night when a pickup sped out of an apartment complex, clipped another car and then hit the stand.

The grandfather of an 11-year-old boy says the child was injured and was taken to the University of Oklahoma Medical Center. His condition wasn't released.

Two other children and their father also were injured.

Police say the driver tried to flee but was caught by an off-duty officer.
