A 9-year-old girl called 911 early Monday morning and told the operator her mother's boyfriend was threatening to kill her mom.

When Tulsa Police arrived at the home in the 700 block of North Union, they found Twilla Brewer and Claude Wortham dead in the home.

Tulsa Police say Wortham had recently been kicked out of the house. They believe he shot Brewer twice, then shot himself.

The little girl was not hurt. She is in protective custody with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services.
