Some Tulsa kids are spending part of their summer with their heads in the clouds.

The Tulsa Air and Space Museum is hosting aerospace camp this week. Thursday, 5th through 9th graders launched rockets they constructed at the camp.

Camp director Glen Diggars: "Tulsa has a huge aerospace industry, not part of the Oklahoma curriculum, this is a way for students to learn about it."

The Tulsa Air and Space Museum holds three camps every summer, focusing on space, aeronautics and rocketry.
