Wednesday will be another Ozone Alert Day in Tulsa. The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality issued the Ozone Alert for the Tulsa area Tuesday afternoon, the second day this week, an alert has been issued.

Officials say Tulsa area residents can help by limiting their driving on Ozone Alert Days. In addition, homeowners can avoid mowing with gasoline powered lawn mowers.

Motorists are being advised if you must fill your gas tank be sure you donâ€™t spill any gasoline. Fill up your gas tank after dark if possible and turn your vehicleâ€™s air conditioning off for the morning commute.
